No Minimum Quantities
Overruns
The exact quantity ordered will be the exact quantity shipped.
Rush Orders:
Surcharge 20% of the total order.

Production Time

Virtual Proofs:
2-3 Business days from the time the artwork and purchase order have been received.
Full Production:
10 Business days after artwork proof approval. Orders will NOT be produced without client artwork approvals.

Samples

Sample Kits:
Kits are available and include 9 piece combinations of 2D/3D crystals, catalogs, light bases, and gloves. See sales representative for pricing details.
Random Samples:
Maximum 1 piece N/C with Fed Ex or UPS number provided.
Spec Samples:
Billed at EQP pricing plus applicable set up fee and freight charges. NO Returns.

Shipping

Method of Shipments:
All orders are charged and shipped, per customer requirements.
Shipment Notifications:
B/L and AWB numbers are available for tracking. Please include email address on your order.
Rush Shipments:
Orders outside normal production time will be required to ship direct from factory at customer’s expense. May be subject to additional expense.

Billing

Payment Terms:
Net 30 days, once credit established.
Visa/Master Card/Amex/Discover cards are accepted. CC fees may apply.

We invite first time accounts to charge there first orders until credit is established terms. Custom orders require 50% down; balance due upon delivery.

Miscellaneous

Cancellations:
Purchase orders are final. Cancellation of orders will incur all costs.
Packaging:
Standard packaging - black and silver boxes with Seaena Logo.
Custom Packaging:
Boxes can be customized with a logo and/or specific color for an additional fee. Contact factory for special pricing and lead-time.
