How are the images created inside the crystal?

Computer generated artwork directs the laser to create tiny explosions inside the crystal rendering our flawless works of art.

Is there lead in the crystal?

We use 100% lead-free optic grade crystal. This is the purest form of crystal which is devoid of blemishes, bubbles, flaws, and allows for maximum quality results.

What is the normal lead time?

Seana’s normal production time is ten business days after artwork proof approval. Our customers do have a rush option for production and shipments, please contact your Seaena sales representative for additional cost. 100% Custom crystals do require more production time which will be quoted based on the customized needs.

Can you personalize each piece?

YES! Seaena is know for their ability to personalize individual crystals for Recognition and Service Award programs. We can laser engrave as little as one piece or orders consisting of hundreds of recipients, effortlessly.

Can you help me create a program for my customer?

YES! Let the experts at Seaena help you WOW your customers with inspiring programs. Our experienced sales force will act as a team with distributors to motivate, design, and implement ongoing programs to fit any customer needs.

Can you accommodate large quantity orders?

We take pride when saying that we can easily produce orders upwards of 100,000 pieces. Lead time will be approximately 6-8 weeks for any orders over 25,000 pieces.

Were are your pieces produced?

Seaena manufactures and ships our products from Las Vegas, Nevada; which gives our distributors the advantage on short lead time jobs.

Is this a Patent process?

YES! Seaena holds and operates under the US Patent Rights for the laser engraving process and technology. ‘PAT: 5,206,496’

What are the minimums?

With Seaena’s stock crystal options there is only a 1-piece minimum requirement. Custom crystal shapes are at a 25 piece minimum.
